Safelinx BPO was established to respond to western businesses’ growing need of efficient solutions for lead generation reports and various back-office processes, and by extension, the company provided employment to the locals of Talisay City and Toledo City which improved their way of life.
Since the services offered by the company were proven to be cost-effective, the demand for more agents increased. In less than a year, the company tripled in size and was able to acquire more clients.
The company expanded into providing virtual assistants to real estate clientele, giving a new avenue of progress for both the company and its employees and testament of the company’s tenacity, flexibility, and expertise.

our HISTORY
Outsourcing began in the Philippines around 1992. The first few contact centers provided basic services such as email response and service management.
By the year 2000, a total of 0.075% of the country’s GDP was contributed by the BPO industry.
A decade after, the Philippines was named the world’s BPO capital after it employed 525,000 people and generated $8.9 billion in revenue.
Joining the bandwagon are these once call center agents who have been in the industry for more than a decade. With the number of years of experience and skills earned through servicing different
campaigns and channels in big companies and also while working from home, they decided to take it to the next level. Safelinx Connectel was created, The company started virtually way back 2021 with only 15 employees and it grew to 50 people in less than 3 months. Equipped with the passion and dedication to help out the community, the team came up with the idea of putting up an office that will employ people from outside the city. As of June 2023, Safelinx ConnecTel is now running multiple campaigns in different verticals with more than 200 agents.
